    Lulu is a very special girl to us.  She is from one of our very first litters, and from our first beagle girl Lucy's first litter.  I'll always be so grateful to Greg Moore for allowing us to use his handsome stud Peyton, bred by Connie Bucksot, to produce this litter.  After a long hard birth ending with a c-section, Lucy had five hard days of accepting her puppies; and I ended up hand raising Lulu and her two sisters.  

    Lulu has a wonderful temperament.  She adores children, was a wonderful mother that loves all puppies, and is a mellow pack member that stands her ground.  She also follows her nose very well, and loves trailing rabbits.  After having two litters in 2020, she is retired. She free-whelped her big puppies and gave me a special gift by wanting to have them in my lap.  We kept her fun daughter Jazz, and we hope she will make a good impact on our breeding program. 

    Lulu retired to a fabulous home in Minnesota in 2022.  She's been started in obedience and is doing exceptionally well.  She may even dabble in scent work.
